I was looking at the trinket boxes and saw the lovely new Green Gem Purse Limoge. Then I realized I didn't know what limoge meant!

So I thought I'd ask.

These great lil collector boxes used to be used as snuffboxes. Today, they are used as decor and collectibles. They are really cool. And they do open up.
